Shri KN Vasudeva Adiga is a culinary force whose impact on the vegetarian food scene cannot be overstated. With a career spanning over three decades, he’s transformed the humble beginnings of Adiga’s into the vibrant Paakashala brand, now boasting 34 branches across India and a growing international presence. His dedication to authenticity, unwavering commitment to freshness, and focus on innovation have made him a beloved figure in the industry.
Hailing from the coastal town of Kundapura, Shri KN Vasudeva Adiga is an electronics engineer from BMS college, Bengaluru. His journey began with his deep-rooted family tradition in the culinary arts. His early days spearheading the Adiga’s chain of restaurants instilled in him a passion for traditional flavours and an understanding of the power food has to bring people together. This foundation fueled his ambition to create Paakashala – a space where classic dishes and modern culinary creations could coexist, all crafted with uncompromising quality.
Under his guidance, Paakashala has become far more than just a restaurant. It’s a symbol of both culinary excellence and entrepreneurial success. Yet, Vasudeva Adiga’s impact extends beyond the menu. He is a champion of social responsibility initiatives, creating opportunities for his own 2000+ strong team and actively supporting community upliftment.

A lifelong passion for the arts is evident in Vinoda’s accomplishments. Her decade of Hindustani music training cultivated her creativity, while her experiences in plays and ballets highlight her expressive nature.
Growing up in a family with culinary roots, Vinoda honed her understanding of traditional recipes and the nuances of authentic cooking. This passion is the heart of her contributions to Paakashala. Her meticulous oversight of the kitchen, dedication to quality control, and strong customer focus ensure the Paakashala experience is as warm as it is delicious. She’s especially passionate about preserving the rich heritage of traditional recipes, personally training staff to uphold the highest standards.
